DESIGN BRIEF & OBJECTIVE
The challenge that was given was to create a new customer experience for the Kartell flagship store. Our Solution, using various unique collaborations ideas and setting up private and immersive environments for clients to fully experience the brand offered a different appeal to Kartell’s store.

Using PODs for associators to display and invite stakeholders to visualise and test unique products. The display PODs would give associates the chance to express their brand within their context therefore displaying Kartell environmental flexibility.
The Mission in doing so is to increasing customer experience by collaborating on exclusive product and displaying them in fully interactive POD.

Product Planning
Each area or “POD” would have its own feel where products are added at a weekly rate to entice repeated customer return. Themes that were selected per POD would directly be impacted by the collaborating company.
